Customer Data Security
Vexxk employs industry appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices and security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of customer personal information and data stored in customer user accounts. Vexxk ensures that it receives similar commitments from suppliers used to provide services under this Agreement. Vexxk will provide Customer with notice as soon as reasonably practicable following a breach of such security measures that may affect Customer Data. Access to customer names and email addresses is limited to employees who need to know such information in connection with the provision of services to customers and are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
Your access, correction, cancellation, restriction of processing, data portability
We will provide access to your personal data stored by us at any time. If you wish, you will receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. We are happy to correct, edit, restrict or delete your personal data at your request, provided that there is no conflict with statutory storage requirements, or to forward it to another responsible office. If your personal data stored with us is processed incorrectly, out of date or unlawfully, you can restrict our processing of it. Finally, you can change or withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time with future effect.
